Limited Responsibility

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS

This is a description of SKY MAIDS limited responsibility term, which is a public information available for all our clients on all our publications, website and advertisements, SO, by receiving our cleaning crew the client is accepting these terms.

1) Sky Maids clients are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to leave and keep all valuables like jewelry, cash, expensive equipments, or any other valuables out of site, and properly stored into closets or drawers, to avoid it to be misplaced, or lost or broken, or thrown to the trash accidentally.

Therefore Sky Maids do not accept any responsibility for anything that could happen, but not limited to, lost or broken or damaged, or any object or valuable, or electronics, or jewelry, or cash.

2) Sky Maids personnel are NOT authorized to clean, or touch, any fragile thing like china cabinets interiors and it's belongings, or fragile decorative pieces, or valuables, or large mirrors, or valuable pictures, valuable artwork, any electronic installations, large TV sets, any video or audio systems, any equipment wired connected, or fragile lighting fixtures, or fragile furniture, or to open for cleaning purposes, or any other reason, any drawer, personal closet, cabinets and to access client's belongings storage places unless asked and authorized by the client itself, which doing that assumes the total responsibility for any and all possible consequences, like, but not limited to, damages, breaks, partial loss, total loss, etc.

Therefore Sky Maids do not accept any responsibility for anything that could happen, but not limited to, lost or broken or damaged, or any object or valuable, or electronics, or jewelry, or cash, that could be in those places.

3) To keep the integrity of the facts and proof of causes on any event, or fact or incident happened at any environment, equipment, systems or installations, SKY MAIDS and insurances underwriters will ONLY ACCEPT CLAIMS MADE UP TO 24 HOURS AFTER ANY JOB IS COMPLETED. the claims made within this 24 hours time will still be under internal and external checking and investigation and it is not the acceptance of any responsibility over any claim, or part of a claim, and do not guarantee any financial or material solution coverage by Sky Maids or by the insurance company.

4) Any claim made after this 24 hours will be totally denied for several reasons including the fact that all or part of the event conditions may have been changed and it will not be possible to determine responsibilities over the facts.
